I ordered a new gas tank back in February from a local dealer. Still no tank, I was told it is back ordered. Any one have any suggestions where I could buy a tank over the counter. I would like to get this done before deer season starts! Thanks.

Do you have a Jiffy dealer around? I have the same auger and i know my cousins jiffy had the same engine and gas tank for the Tecumseh's.

Google "tecumseh tc300 fuel tank" there's a lot of them out there on ebay and such.

Thanks for the info., I will check on both of these ideas and see which will get me the quickest result.

It took me 6 months to get a tank. Strikemaster refered me to a place called m&d mower who had it back ordered. I waited from january until july for the tank.
