that's strange, why would he not post the DVD on his website that sells them at http://www.bugwatermedia.com/videosales.htm I am gonna send him an email and check this out. I know he has King Crankin and Temperature Rising DVD out everywhere, but I was not aware there was a part II of King Crankin that was being distributed. Is it as good as the first one? Last time I spoke with Tim, he mentioned they were working on a new fall steelhead DVD, but did not mention a second river salmon DVD.

I seen that one, interesting to say the least. I wonder if they were twitch fishing them or just dead drift?

My guess is he's been busy with his TV show. I know he has some great footage of bobber fishing with Betts for his new DVD. Last time Tim mentioned the DVD to me was probably 5 years ago.

If someone has not done cranks for Kings before, why not just spend the $$$ and go with Tim for the day. Probably would be 10x more effective than watching the DVD and you actually get first hand experience.

Tim's response when asked if there is a King Crankin 2 videos out:
Sam, not true. . . as of right now. I have it filmed, just need to get the editing on it finished up. Was hoping to have it out by now, but that silly little brown trout we caught last fall kind of put a twist in everything. We're waiting for the mount to be done so we can include a feature piece in the dvd about that.

In-fishermen late to the party.....

We were drop back fishing the big man. using large size tadpollys back in the middle 70s. Got my largest salmon that way....right at 38lb after removing the eggs.... Lots of eggs.....

Casting for kings is a riot. I always do great using thundersticks. That video prett much matched my rig as well. I use a 9'6" MH rod and spool my reel with 15 lb powerpro.
